Natural, raw, vegan – these maxims are the priority of PureRaw. The start-up was founded by Kirstin Knufmann, focusing on the provision of raw-vegan food to the mainstream. Therefore she decided to stir up the existing but still small market in this sector with refreshing products that are suitable for daily use.
